Led by Difference Home, the customer service provided by the community sales manager (Ben Russell) and the builder (Steve Murphy) was really outstanding. Right from the contract through the move-in process, they were on top of ensuring that our house was delivered with utmost care and quality. Ben went above and beyond to provide periodic updates with pictures. He was very helpful in providing us information all along the way from contract to move-in. We are really happy and glad to have a builder like Steve Murphy build our home. The care and attention to detail taken by Steve was really outstanding. Every detail in the house is done to perfection and we are really grateful of Steve for giving us a beautiful home. Steve personally did preliminary and final walkthrough of the house. He was courteous enough to give us a virtual tour by video conference through his phone (as we couldn't make it in person) and explained every minute detail in the house. We haven't come across such a wonderful service, especially Their motto: "CB JENI Homes | New Construction Townhome Communities in DFW" Services include builders.
